The future of La fábrica de la tele programs on Mediaset, in question after the cancellation of 'Sálvame'

Mediaset's unilateral decision to put an end to 14 years of uninterrupted broadcast of Sálvame now raises endless doubts about the continuity of the rest of the La fabrica de tele programs on the different channels of the audiovisual group.

At the moment, the chain has only confirmed the end of Sálvame on June 16, as the newspaper El Mundo has advanced. However, the producer of Sálvame is currently broadcasting up to four programs on the different Mediaset channels.

One of them, and perhaps the one that could also suffer premature cancellation, would be the Deluxe version of Sálvame, which is broadcast on Friday nights on Telecinco. The chain has already shown signs of trying to replace it with another product by programming a special on Ana Obregón produced by Producciones Mandarina two weeks ago, and which did not garner a better audience result than Deluxe.

Another of the programs that is working with good results for La fabrica de tele is Socialité, which is broadcast on Saturdays and Sundays at noon. Presented by María Patiño and Nuria Marín, the show fails to match the results of La roulette de la suerte, from Antena 3, but the data collected would not justify its cancellation either.

Also from La fabrica de tele are the programs Cuatro Todo es mentira and Focus. While the program presented by Risto Mejide has good audience data —above the channel's average—, the reporting space now presented live by Ana Francisco has not achieved the expected results in its latest installments.

Another of the programs that is not currently broadcast but also belongs to La fabrica de tele is Viajando con Chester, which has had a very regular season and achieved a record audience with the interview with Bárbara Rey —a character now vetoed by Mediaset—.
