The "friends" of Camilo Blanes would have stolen Camilo Sesto's belongings valued at more than 100,000 euros

Camilo Blanes continues with his radical life change. Since he began the transition from him to Sheila Devil, what he feels is his true identity, the only direct descendant of Camilo Sesto has not ceased to be the focus of today. The process is turning out to be more complicated than one might expect, with the affected woman buying drugs without medical supervision, on the black market, to administer hormones in her body.

Not only that, but he has everyone around him worried about his state of health. Especially to his mother, the Mexican Lourdes Ornelas, with whom, although his relationship had recently improved, he would still have a lot to do. Above all, with the disapproval of the Mexican with the friends who enter and leave the mansion where the young man lives in Torrelodones, an inheritance from his father and who, allegedly, would have been committing robberies that could already exceed 100,000 euros.

According to the journalist Aurelio Manzano in Fiesta, the robberies would have been taking place for months, discreetly, "by people that Camilo Blanes has let into that house." The journalist charged against the friends of the late singer's son, noting that some have been "beneficial", but others, not so much. "Other not so friends who have been taking personal and valuable objects that Camilo Sesto had."

Manzano calculated that the stolen objects, among which could be found valuable, personal and collector's items from the artist, could exceed 100,000 euros: “It is very difficult to calculate because they were personal and, above all, emotional objects. Probably more than 100,000 euros”.

The worst thing about the matter is that it is not the first robbery suffered by the son of Camilo Sesto in the house that he inherited from the Alicante artist, since he already had to face another similar delicate situation when he was admitted to the hospital during his serious illness in 2021, something that the thieves took advantage of to enter the house. At that time, the Blanes family was forced to increase security measures.

Luckily, a large part of the most representative and significant objects of Camilo Sesto's career are in safekeeping -more than a thousand- are in safekeeping in the Camilo Sesto museum in Alcoy. Among them, the gold medal for merit in the Fine Arts of 2019 that King Felipe VI awarded posthumously to the singer from Alcoy; the chair in which the artist used to compose his themes, more unpublished photographs of his entire life path or a large part of his iconic clothing.
