The final dart of a single from 'First Dates' that his date did not expect: ''He called me old because of my face''

More and more people are embarking on the difficult mission of finding love. And what better place than the most famous restaurant on television, First Dates. On Wednesday night, Carlos Sobera and Laura Boado welcomed a new batch of diners willing to meet someone interesting with whom they could start a beautiful love story.

One of the dates of the night was the one starring Patricia and Miguel. The 53-year-old single woman from Malaga arrived at the restaurant eager to fall in love again after going through difficult times. ''I was married for twelve years to an Englishman and then I had another relationship with another Englishman, but two years ago she died of cancer,'' she said. She wanted to find a man with whom she could share her life and who was a Nirvana fan.

Her date was Miguel, a 53-year-old bassist from Seville, who confessed to wanting to fall in love. As soon as they met, the singles had a very good impression because they both had very similar lifestyles. ''This is one of mine, with the tattoos, rocker...what I like,'' she declared.

However, the bachelorette's joy was not going to last long, since Miguel confessed as soon as he sat down at the table that he was not a big Nirvana fan. ''My world was ruined,'' the Sevillian confessed before the attentive gaze of the single woman who could not believe his words. But despite her initial declaration, Patricia was willing to give the bachelor a chance.

During the first minutes of dinner, the single woman brought up the topic of horoscopes. A matter that helped them discover that they were both the same age. About his past lives, Miguel said that he had always been a very in love man. ''The same thing happens to me. "When I give it, I give it all," she asserted. ''I think you have to give your all,'' he replied. Shortly after, Patricia discovered that Miguel neither smoked nor drank. ''What are you saying?'' she expressed. ''I have never had vices (...) Tobacco is not something that has ever mattered to me,'' he explained.

At one point in the evening, the singles continued to discover more aspects of their lives. Patricia said that she loved tattoos and Miguel confessed that she had a 20-year-old daughter who lived with him. ''That I live with her daughter matters because if she moved me, everything would be chaos,'' she said. In addition, the single woman confessed that she needed to find a person with whom she could rely on every day. Something that Miguel was not going to be able to give her due to her paternity. ''Intimacy counts a lot to me,'' she said.

In the final stretch of the evening, Miguel confessed that sex was very important to him, to the point of having sex every day. ''I go an hour and a half without stopping,'' she said. ''I spent six or seven minutes,'' joked the bachelor, who shortly after confessed that his intensity in sex had caused big problems in his other relationships.

But even though they had both had a great complicity, Miguel had not felt attracted to her. Something that he made clear to him in her final decision, emphasizing that he was looking for another type of woman: ''For your age you are very good.'' ''She called me old because of my face,'' she replied. In the end, they both decided to remain friends.
