The curious fact from a single man from 'First Dates' that has outraged his date: ''I don't see the boy with much blood''

The most romantic space on the small screen reopened its doors for another day. On Wednesday night, Carlos Sobera and Laura Boado welcomed a new batch of diners, who showed up to First Dates with the hope of enjoying an unparalleled evening and, if possible, finding their better half. But finding the ideal person is not as easy as it seems and sometimes singles are greatly disappointed.

One of the great events of the night was the one starring Xavi and Irene. The 36-year-old Catalan bachelor arrived at the restaurant confessing that he had never had a serious relationship. ''I've had projects that could have been something. But what happens is that they have to see something they don't like... I've had many opportunities, but there's no way,' he clarified. Furthermore, he claimed that girls tended to focus on "bad" boys and not on "good guys" like him.

His date was going to be Irene, a 35-year-old Catalan single, who defined herself as "a hottie in Beverly Hills." ''I look posh, but the neighborhood and genetics are in it,'' she said. Furthermore, she confessed to "being very afraid of the unknown" and that in love she had never been lucky. The first impression among the singles was good. ''Physically I didn't dislike it at all,'' commented the bachelor. ''I was drawn to her highlights to do a touch-up, but otherwise everything is fine,'' she pointed out.

Moments later, the presenter accompanied the couple to their table, where they began the evening talking about their previous relationships. Xavi shocked the single woman when she said that she had never had a formal partner. ''The fact that she has never had a partner is a bit suspicious. "It will be something strange in some way," she asserted. ''I have never lost hope and each person is different,'' he commented.

At one point at dinner, Xavi confessed to being diabetic and left the single woman speechless with his modern way of taking insulin. ''I didn't expect it, I thought he was going to do the thing where he took off his love handle and got a puncture,'' she declared. But despite the good conversation they were having, the single woman once again condemned the bachelor when she discovered that he was still living with her parents. ''Come on boy, I see you standing. I don't see a lot of blood on the boy,'' she asserted.

In the final stretch of the evening, the singles talked about their hobbies. Both agreed in their taste for cinema, but they clashed in reading and traveling. And the single woman confessed to being a great lover of books and a bachelor of traveling the world. ''I think that by reading I have traveled more than by physically going,'' she commented. ''You have a lot to do,'' he told her.

Before finishing the dinner, Xavi confessed that he had had a very good impression of the single woman, but Irene was once again disappointed with the bachelor when he did not pay in full for the dinner. ''It's not so chivalrous,'' she said. Therefore, in the final decision, the single woman rejected Xavi without remorse because she "had seen him very unwell."
