Sandra Gago boasts of maternity curves after confirming that she is expecting her second child with Feliciano López

Feliciano López and Sandra Gago will become parents for the second time next February. The couple announced the news, bursting with happiness, on the latest cover of ¡Hola! magazine, where they also gave an extensive interview in which they revealed what it meant for them to receive this new member of the family.

A highly desired baby and probably not the last if it depends on them, whose sex is still unknown and who will arrive at a time when the family's lives are adapting to change after Feliciano López announced his retirement as professional tennis player last June.

After confirming the happy news, the couple wanted to share with their followers proof of the beautiful moment they are living as a family. To do this, the tennis player took an idyllic image of his wife, who revealed the incipient curves of her maternity, to announce to the world the arrival of this second baby.

In the image, in black and white and with a beautiful sunset in the background, there is no lack of Dario, the eldest son of the family. The two-year-old boy kisses his mother's tummy. "Looking forward to meeting you," the family writes, sharing the snapshot on their public Instagram profiles.

An image that received hundreds of reactions, with friends and colleagues of the couple such as the actresses Alejandra Onieva and Paula Echevarría, the former soccer player Luis Figo or the journalist Melissa Jiménez wishing them the best in this new adventure.

The model has confirmed that they are about to exceed the first trimester of pregnancy, announcing the arrival of their baby in February 2024. A boy or girl who probably will not be the youngest of the family. "I don't want to stay with just one," the tennis player assured the publication, of his intention to expand his family with his wife, who completely agreed with that statement.

"From the beginning, whenever we talked about starting a family, at no time was there the option of having only one child," he added, assuring that he would like "to have two and at best three," but they preferred to go step by step.

The couple will also celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary on September 20, in addition to the 42nd birthday of the director of the Davis Cup and the Mutua Madrid Open. A few months that promise to be very sweet for one of the best Spanish tennis players, who now has another priority and another "team" to attend to. "At this point in my life, I choose my family," he said.
