For the first time, Roberto Leal and his mother, Mercedes Guillén, have worked together on television in a new program: Casafantasmas. Both visited El Hormiguero tonight to present this new professional adventure, although the real protagonist of today's program was Guillén.
The bond between mother and son is undeniable and, for Roberto Leal, it has been the best thing about recording with his mother. “Having her for 1 month and a half, next to her, has been a gift for me.” Although both have also confessed to Motos that they have experienced “powerful” situations, some they have not even been able to record.
This is the case of a particular situation in room 712 of the Parador de Cardona, one of the locations where they were. It is seen that the room had “powerful energies” and “you don't sleep comfortably, you won't rest.”
Knowing that the night could be strange, Mercedes Guillén decided not to drink anything so she could sleep because “I wanted to feel if something was coming, because you don't see it when you see it.” However, Leal took a pill to relax after the day they had experienced.
When they went to bed, they both explained, they put a pillow to separate them and each one lay down on their side of the bed. Guillén covered himself up to his chin, as he has confessed, and fell asleep. But, in the early morning “suddenly I felt the sheet being pulled away from me.”
At that moment he explained that he doubted it was his son playing a joke on him, but "he was snoring." Since they were not recording at that moment, they do not know what could have happened, nor can they find a logical explanation, as Roberto Leal said he tried to do in some cases.
However, mother and son affirm that there have been several unexplained situations like this throughout the recording of the program. And for that reason, Guillén believes even more in spirits and presences. “I have always believed (…) now I believe it more because we have experienced things for which I cannot find an explanation.” Even Roberto Leal, who has confessed to being skeptical about the issue, has acknowledged that things have happened that have no explanation.
