Raquel Perera gives the latest update on Alejandro Sanz's health status after the singer's recent message

Alejandro Sanz is once again one of the current protagonists of our country. A few months ago the singer surprised all of his followers with several worrying messages on his social networks. In them, the singer opened up about his mental health and admitted that he was not well.

Since then all the alarms began to ring about the artist's state of health and the uncertainty about how he has continued during all these months has been very present in all the media. ''I'm not well. I don't know if this helps, but I want to say it. I'm sad and tired. In case anyone else believes that you always have to be a sea breeze or a firework on a summer night,'' the singer shared in the month of May.

Added to all this was the news of his separation with Raquel Valdés, after more than four years of relationship. But despite the delicate moment that the singer has been going through, Sanz has been immersed in his concert tour of Spain during the summer, where he has been able to feel the support of his audience.

Now, just a few days before his Latin American tour begins, the singer once again spoke out on his social networks about his current state of health. ''These nights are when I wish I could write to my parents to tell them that I am fine. That I fight every day, that I reconcile with life every day and that I miss you with all my soul. Never, everything is perfect but life is worth it,' he wrote in his X profile (Twitter).

His ex-wife, Raquel Perera, recently spoke about these words, who has been supporting the artist in his darkest and most complicated moments. She did it through the EuropaPress cameras at the premiere of a flamenco show in Madrid.

The singer's ex-partner confirmed that Sanz was getting better and better. ''I talk to him and it's fine, but he says it himself. The good thing about him is that he expresses it and he says everything that happens to him,' she said. ''This is a day-to-day job. I believe that the issue of mental health is something that must not only be treated when it is bad, but also as a prevention to avoid being bad. Mental hygiene is something that we all have to practice," he confessed. In addition, Perera stated that there continues to be an exceptional relationship between them and that they will always be family.
