Princess Leonor dazzles with a ballerina-style dress at the Princess of Asturias Awards

All eyes are on Princess Leonor this Friday. Today is one of the most special events on her public agenda. The royal family has traveled to Oviedo to preside over the 31st edition of the Princess of Asturias Awards and after the previous concert that took place on Thursday and the reception this morning, the turn of the big event has arrived at the Campoamor Theater.

Accompanied by the Kings and her sister Infanta Sofía, Leonor has captivated with her sober and elegant choice of wardrobe. In recent years, and especially after she came of age, Leonor has outlined a style that undoubtedly resembles that of her mother.

Thus, following in Letizia's footsteps, the princess has opted for a long navy blue design with two small ruffles at the waist, a tulle skirt, a V-neck and half sleeves. A simple piece that exudes elegance that contrasts with the romantic Simorra dress that she chose this morning to preside over the hearings of this edition's winners.

To complete the look, Leonor has decided to shine with one of the most elaborate makeup with which she has attended a public event to date. With makeup that highlighted her light eyes and pink blush and lipstick that enhanced her cheeks and lips, Leonor has focused all of her attention. To complete her look, the princess has worn her loose blonde hair, with well-marked and polished waves.

Given the sobriety of the design, the princess wanted to give prominence to her jewelry: spectacular hoop-shaped earrings, in white gold and with diamonds and finished with an aquamarine stone in the shape of a teardrop, which are signed by Bulgari and belong to her mother Queen Letizia.

It is not the first time that Leonor wears these earrings at a public event. The princess wore them last year to preside over the Princess of Girona Foundation Awards.
