Luis Padilla, the brother of the humorist Paz Padilla, stops running the El Trompeta Beach beach bar after eleven years in charge of the establishment. Apparently, the adjudication of the facilities or the location of said business has recently gone to public award and has corresponded to another person.
This life-altering event for her brother has made the comedian quite angry. "The Barbate City Council grants the license for the opening of the kiosk/bar and gives it for three years. My brother has had that license for 11 years, he is from Zahara de los Atunes, he is registered here and has experience. It is funny that you set up a business, make it grow and then give the license to another", explained the television channel on Instagram.
The presenter has not left her complaint on the matter there and has hinted that the new tenant of the space could be from outside the area. "She has been taken by one, we do not know where she is from, who has bet on my brother's kiosk / bar the surprising figure of 93 thousand euros," Padilla assured.
"Do you want to tell me how much you have to sell the beer and the poles for to pay only 93 thousand euros for rent?", he wanted to show in his public complaint. "What is happening? Why does the city council allow this? Where does that money come from?", the ex-presenter of Sálvame accused.
From the program Ya es mediodía, they have contacted the Barbate City Council to find out their version and have spoken live with Juan Miguel Muñoz, deputy mayor of the Cadiz town.
