Pablo Castellano's indignation with the organizers of 'El Desafío' for the changes in the rules of the game

Pablo Castellano and Chenoa have faced one of the most intimidating challenges to date in El Desafío: El Puente. This challenge involves crossing a structure 15 meters long and 5 meters high, made up of 20 double trapdoors, one of which is safe and the other is not.

The key to passing this imposing test lies in memorizing a map that indicates which trap door is safe. This very important process to get as far as possible has unleashed Castellano's frustration.

Chenoa, known for her fear of heights, and María Pombo's husband, despite not suffering from vertigo, shared their nerves about the possibility of falling into the void. "It's scary," Pablo admitted in a moment of sincerity during rehearsals.

Adrián Lastra, who is first in the classification, had previously managed to complete the route in a record time of one minute and 49 seconds, setting the bar very high for the rest of the contestants. Pablo, who was trying to memorize the map in just 40 seconds, faced the test with the intention of doing his best and, if possible, surpassing the actor.

Unfortunately, Pablo's first step resulted in a fall, equaling the lowest result of the competition, previously set by Pepe Navarro - he also fell on the first trapdoor -. Chenoa, for his part, managed to overcome seven traps to fall into the eighth.

This fall was not only a blow to his confidence, but also caused a tense moment in which he expressed his displeasure with the unexpected changes to the rules of the game. "You can't be rehearsing one thing and then have them come and play something completely different," he complained, visibly annoyed.

The architect's reproach prompted a clarification from Roberto Leal who explained to the public and the jury that the contestants initially practice with colors to identify the safe hatches, but during the contest they are indicated with the terms open or closed.

In addition, the presenter also wanted to remember that Castellano had not managed to obtain good results during the rehearsals: "I suppose that the pressure of having to memorize so quickly has also played a trick on you. You had already said it here that you had not managed to memorize anything at all. ".
