Miren Ibarguren reflects on motherhood in an interview: ''When a child is born, the need for the world to be better is born with it''

A few years ago, fashion designer Natalia Ferviú became one of the best-known faces on the small screen in our country thanks to the Telecinco program Cámbiame. In this space, Ferviú, together with Cristina Rodríguez and Pelayo Díaz, carried out different look changes for people who wanted to modify her aesthetics. Although they were happy years, things did not end well for the Canarian, who chose to disappear from the front line of the media.

After a time away from the media, the businesswoman found inspiration again thanks to the birth of Marcelo, her first child. Her motherhood led her to create Que si Quiero o que si tiene, a podcast that was born with the idea of breaking all the taboos about having children, trying to end the pressure of being 'good mothers', etc.

One of the last guests to the radio space was the acclaimed actress Miren Ibarguren. Known for works such as Fe de etarras, La que se looming, Scenes of marriage or Arde Madrid, the artist surprised Ferviú with a beautiful reflection on what it meant to her to become her mother.

Among other things, the actress made it clear that for her the 'network' is not only made up of grandparents or friends, but that it is also about help from others in a complicated moment: ''The network is also being overwhelmed on a train and that they give you a cable or that they take a good look at you.''

''When a child is born, the need for the world to be better is born with him. It is of no use to me to raise a prince in my house if he then goes to school and they are going to break his face (...) I believe that what motherhood or fatherhood is is an accompaniment until the age of 18 that We can't be alone at home,'' the actress stated, making it clear that responsibility for children should be collective and that it should be accompanied by different social and political movements.

The fashion designer publicly thanked Ibarguren for the generosity he showed in the interview with a very emotional text that he published along with a part of the video on his Instagram account.

''Thank you so much for sharing your story with us and our listeners. Thank you for the laughs, which are always many with you, dear. But thank you also for knowing when it's time to get serious and demand the protection of children,'' the presenter wrote.
