Mario Vaquerizo and his notable real estate assets in Madrid

Mario Vaquerizo became Vicky Martín Berrocal's latest guest on his successful podcast A Solas con and his interview has been one of the most talked about in recent hours, as the artist has openly revealed details about his millionaire assets.

Among other things, the leader of the Nancys Rubias confessed that he has no less than six properties in the heart of Madrid's Gran Vía, where he always dreamed of owning an apartment. "When I was little I used to come to the cinemas on Gran Vía and spend Saturdays here," he remembers. "I said I wanted to have an apartment there. I bought the first apartment with Alaska and now I have six."

The singer had no problems admitting to his friend Vicky Martín Berrocal that he loves money and that he saves to see his already immense fortune grow. She considers herself "very antsy," but she also spends when she believes it is necessary. "I believe in bricks, I don't believe in investment funds, nor in bonds. That will always be worth money. I'm very antsy, but I also spend," said the talk show host.

A lover of art, fashion and real estate, the singer said as a curiosity that he and his wife bought the entrance hall of the building where they live to turn it into their dressing room. Now, his plans on the block go further. "We want to keep the pink house and the rest to be a hotel," he revealed.

In addition to this hotel project, the artist recognizes that his "obsession" with investment is thinking about the future. "When I'm 80 years old I'm not going to continue with the Blonde Nancys, I have to think about other things. It's for the peace of mind of the future. We want the building and the two stores below."

More than two decades of investments with the money he has earned in his career as the man of a thousand facets on stage and television, investing with a very good eye. In addition, he has two other properties to add to his assets: an apartment with an impressive terrace near his home worth almost a million euros and a single-family home in the nearby town of Boadilla del Monte.

The television collaborator also opened up on the channel about his personal life, commenting among other things on why he and his wife decided not to be parents, despite his desire to have a child. "My wife does not have the maternal instinct. She loves children, but she did not want to have a child," the artist confessed. "I would have wanted to be a father because I think I would have been a good father, but if it wasn't with my wife, I didn't want to."

Despite everything, she has no regrets, as she recognizes that having children would have made her completely change the life she now leads. "If I have a child, all that ends."
