María Pombo highlights her relationship with Pablo Castellanos in 'El Hormiguero': "We have not passed our best moment"

María Pombo is one of the most prominent and recognized influencers in all of Spain. The Madrid native forms an exceptional triplet with her sisters Marta and Lucía, all three filling social networks with reactions and comments with the help of their busy lives. In the case of the first, it is even more evident, as she is the mother of two children and shares a complete love life with businessman Pablo Castellanos.

That has been one of the highlighted topics of the interview that María, Marta and Lucía have shared with Pablo Motos in El Hormiguero, where they have presented the second part of Pombo, their own docuseries on Prime Video. Beyond the new episodes that will arrive on February 23, the relationship between María and Pablo has come up in conversation due to the constant interest it arouses in the media, especially those focused on the heart.

She herself has admitted that she has not had the best moment of her relationship with Pablo in recent months, but she is still glad that they both chose each other. The opportunity to manage matters relevant to her children, three years old and eight months respectively, has posed a new challenge that she had never faced before, but she recognized the joy of having chosen to take care of herself and fight for the other at a time when which is complicated for other couples.

Likewise, María has admitted to having the feeling that she talks about her relationship every time she does an interview for the media, even though these crises are situations that she has to go through. In the trailer for the second part of Pombo you can see a moment of tension between the couple during a joint interview segment, which Pablo ends up abandoning to the surprise of Marta, also present.

It was not the only striking topic of the interview by María Pombo, who also recalled the occasion in which she was about to be expelled from Canada. For a year, the eldest of the influencer sisters moved to the North American country to study, but she made a huge mistake by committing theft in a supermarket. When the student coordinator was informed about her, she told her that she would be deported back to Spain.

“I started to cry a lot and I said, you have to take me to a church because my God does not allow me to have done this and I have to ask him for forgiveness, and at least I am going to Spain in peace,” she said. The reaction was so loud that those responsible for the trip ended up agreeing to a second chance in exchange for 60 days doing community work, such as cleaning graffiti or caring for people at risk of social exclusion.
