Madonna turns her most iconic Jean Paul Gaultier look into a t-shirt

"Who doesn't remember my iconic gold corset designed by the one and only Jean Paul Gaultier for my Blond Ambition tour in 1990? Now you can have an exclusive t-shirt created by the man who designed it and the woman who wore it, myself!" With this message, Madonna has announced an unprecedented collaboration to her followers.

The singer has teamed up with the French designer to put on sale a basic white piece, with short sleeves and a long design, white that has charitable purposes and a very special protagonist: the satin corset full of details and with a bra in the shape of as it is already part of the history of fashion.

In this way, the Like a Prayer singer has given a nod to this iconic design that Gaultier created exclusively for her. At that time, Madonna was already one of the best-known artists worldwide and she was clear that her Blond Ambition tour had to convey her controversial style.

The singer conveyed to the designer her desire to go on stage in her underwear. After several meetings and many sketches, the Frenchman designed two corsets with this memorable conical cup, one in gold and another in peach, which would end up becoming iconic.

Aware of this interest in Gaultier's designs, Madonna has teamed up with the designer to create this t-shirt with the golden corset with the aim of raising funds for his organization Raising Malawi, a non-profit entity that provides critical medical operations to most vulnerable children and orphans who are admitted to the Mercy James Center for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care.

The t-shirt has a price of 139.50 euros and is only available in two sizes: L and XL. The artist herself has been the first to pose with this garment on her social networks, where she also appears with several people wearing the design.
