Luis Bárcenas and Rosalía Iglesias are released from prison for the re-wedding of their son Willy Bárcenas

Madrid has become this weekend the epicenter of Spanish entertainment this Saturday when Willy Bárcenas, vocalist of Taburete, and the writer Loreto Sesma, have celebrated a new wedding to reaffirm their marriage, held privately on the 11th of May.

As Informalia has published, the couple had tried to keep the ceremony secret, but the notoriety of the guests made it impossible to keep it away from the public spotlight. Among the attendees there have been renowned musicians, influencers with millions of followers and celebrities from various disciplines, all gathered to celebrate the link between Bárcenas and Sesma.

And this time it was a complete party. Luis Bárcenas and Rosalía Iglesias, the singer's parents, have been able to be present on this special day. Both of them, who are currently serving sentences in prisons for corruption crimes in the framework of the Gürtel case, received special permits to attend the event.

Bárcenas, former treasurer of the Popular Party, is under a semi-liberty regime at the Victoria Kent Social Integration Center, while his wife Rosalía is serving her sentence in the Alcalá-Meco women's prison, where she is forced to spend the nights.

The decision of the prisons to allow Bárcenas's parents to attend the wedding has generated quite a bit of controversy. However, the wedding has taken place as normal and has served not only to celebrate the love between Willy Bárcenas and Loreto Sesma, who have been together for five years, but also to reunite a family that has been separated due to legal circumstances.
