Laura Escanes' quick and forceful response to Álvaro de Luna's new song

What seemed like an idyllic romance between Laura Escanes and Álvaro de Luna soon degenerated into a constant exchange of reproaches and hints through messages on social networks. The presenter and the singer put an end to their relationship at the end of last summer, and although originally the Catalan wanted to stay out of it and keep a good memory of the experience, time has ended up antagonizing both parties.

One of the latest examples of this rivalry can be found in Suerte ;), the Sevillian's latest single, released this week. Several of the lyrics of the song contain messages related to heartbreak and criticism, which many have pointed out as darts directed at Escanes. However, it didn't take long for the host of La Travessa on 3Cat to respond to these alleged hints, through a story on her Instagram profile.

“I wanted everything with you and you wanted to hurt me, like a fool believing in your stories, you wanted to kill what I thought would be eternal”, “I wish you good luck that your life will save you, but in the world there is no one May I win the lottery twice. "I loved you forever" or "But you didn't see it, you neglected what was ours and only took care of what was seen" are some of the verses of Álvaro de Luna that are being reviewed under a magnifying glass by the musical and heart community .

For his part, Escanes turned the tables with a brief but clear message: “How you leave says more than how you get there.” She did it accompanied by the lyrics of Qué Triste, a song by the Balearic rapper Xavibo and the Madrid singer Hens, which also talks about realizing how a relationship was not as beautiful and pleasant as it seemed at first. Many have interpreted this publication as his direct response to the Sevillian for the alleged dedication of Suerte ;).

“How, how, how can you? How can you not? You've spent I don't know how many hours looking at the networks. And she's not going to come out of the picture to tell you that she loves you. She says more about how you leave than how you get there. I'm smoking some weed that makes you die. But she doesn't go up so much as to forget who you are. “Everyone consoles himself as he wants and manages himself as he can,” said the section of the stanza shared by Escanes through his Instagram account.

In a turn of events, Escanes initially asked not to be harassed by the possibility of damaging a story that had been beautiful for her: “These days I have seen several headlines, videos, news and I only ask you for a little respect and that The media stop publishing so many lies and damaging such a beautiful story for me. Our breakup had nothing to do with third parties or the movies that have been made out there. I am very tired".
