Julián Contreras' new life in Cuenca: a 100,000 euro house in a town of 400 inhabitants

In mid-February, the news broke: Julián Contreras Ordoñez had left Madrid permanently and moved his home out of the capital to start a new life in Cuenca. Information that Carmen Ordoñez's son insisted on denying, at the same time that more and more conclusive evidence of his new situation emerged.

After days trying to play tricks with the media and even with his own environment, the writer has been forced to acknowledge his move to Castilla La Mancha. Now, without giving more details. "Yes, I live in Cuenca, but I don't want to reveal the exact location," he admitted to the program Así es la vida.

Some information that the newspaper El Español first revealed on February 14 and that they now expand on in a more concrete way: Julián Contreras lives in Cuenca, but his life would have nothing to do with the one he had in Madrid.

As the aforementioned newspaper has been able to find out, the writer, 38 years old, lives in the Cuenca town of Villar de Cañas, a municipality in the province of Cuenca and with a population of 391 inhabitants. The town is located 120 kilometers from the capital.

In the town, Julián would have rented a villa valued at 116,000 euros, as indicated on the real estate portal where it is still for sale. A house with rustic decoration, on one floor, furnished and with a pool; on a 2,500 square meter plot located in a very quiet enclave, as there are no neighbors in the nearby surroundings.

The Telecinco program also obtained new information about the life of Carmen Ordoñez's youngest son, who a few weeks ago packed his bags and moved to Cuenca with his father, who suffers from a degenerative disease, to start from scratch.

Despite denying the obvious, he finally admitted reality. However, she asked for discretion about her exact location. According to José Antonio Avilés, this mystery responds to a reason: "The reality for him not wanting people to say where he lives is that he does not want judicial notifications."

The coach is currently involved in a legal battle with his former landlady, Aránzazu, who made public his debt situation after non-payment worth, allegedly, 30,000 euros. For his part, the writer considers that this whole story has only generated bad publicity, and he plans to go to the end. The situation is not at all what is being told. "I am suffering from defamation that is not fair and I am addressing it both legally and judicially, which is how things should be done," he said, announcing legal measures for defamation.
