Jeremy Allen White sounds strong to star in Bruce Springsteen's 'biopic'

Actor Jeremy Allen White has become one of the most sought-after figures in Hollywood in a matter of a few years. After sweeping the awards season with his impressive role in the series The Bear (he has won, among others, a Golden Globe and an Emmy Award for said project), the young performer is open to new professional challenges.

According to Variety, the New York actor is negotiating through different conversations his participation in a feature film about the making of the 1982 album Nebraska, which belongs to Bruce Springsteen.

According to the aforementioned media, Allen White is one of the actors who could play the singer who has more than 10 number one albums and more than 120 million albums sold worldwide.

At the moment no deal has been closed, but American director and actor Scott Cooper is doing everything possible to write and direct the film, which would be titled Deliver Me From Nowhere. The audiovisual company A24 would also be in talks to participate in said film.

As can be guessed, the film will be an adaptation of Warren Zanes's successful book Deliver Me From Nowhere: The Making of Bruce Springsteen's Nebraska, which chronicles the singer's process to create his sixth studio album.

Springsteen began recording this album many years before experiencing international success thanks to Born in the USA, but he decided to rescue those old recordings and shape them to create one of his most personal and best-valued works to date.

Although nothing is confirmed at the moment, the news about the actor's possible participation in the project about Springsteen has filled social networks with comments about it. Although there are doubts on the part of some, the response has generally been very positive.

''To be honest, it's a very good casting'', ''Jeremy is very good at what he does, I'm very excited'', ''He's going to rock this role'', ''They couldn't have chosen someone better'', ''Brilliant'', ''I need it'' or ''I think he would make a great Bruce'' are some of the comments that can be read on the internet. There are also many users who have proposed other profiles such as Jacob Elordi, Timothée Chalamet or Dominic Sessa, who apparently bears a great physical resemblance to the young version of the musical star.
