Regarding the reason why they had chosen that enclave, Irene Villa revealed that it was related to her son. ''It's very funny, because my son Eric (the youngest of the three) calls David 'Lavi'. That's why, when I saw the monastery, I said: 'this is the place,'" she explained. But despite being held in a monastery, Irene Villa assured that it was not going to be a religious ceremony.
