It is his new home, a new house with modern lines that has been built on a 2,100 square meter plot in one of the best areas of Pozuelo de Alarcón. This makes Casillas especially excited.
The beginning of a new life in a new home, on many occasions, is synonymous with nerves and excitement. In this case, it is a project that has Iker excited for many reasons, among them because the house is located next to that of one of his best friends, Dr. Ángel Martín. It was a plot that had permission to build a single-family home and that was located a short distance from where his ex-wife, Sara Carbonero, lives with their two children. This Friday, Vanitatis reveals that the construction of this new home is practically finished and, as specified in the aforementioned publication, it has some luxuries for Iker.
Another reason that would have led Iker to make the decision to settle in the area is that his new residence is located within a private urbanization, so the privacy of Iker and his family is almost assured. Despite being on the outskirts, the urbanization is not far from the urban center and, therefore, from all those services that you will need in your daily life. Without a doubt, it is a very strategic position for the former footballer to feel comfortable.
Furthermore, you will not lack moments of disconnection either, since you will be able to escape with your friend, Ángel Martín, who resides in the same urbanization. The two have been friends for decades. The founder of the Menorca Clinic, one of the Spanish leaders in aesthetic medicine, is also a renowned host who likes to prepare great meals for his friends, as shown on social networks. In addition, he has some wineries in Navarrevisca (Ávila).
Apparently, and as Vanitatis reveals, both will live door to door and both have two 'twin' paddle tennis courts. Both are delighted to become neighbors and it is Martín himself who proudly shows his friends how the work on Casillas' house is going when they visit him, says the aforementioned media.
This is not the first property that Casillas has acquired in Pozuelo. It was at the beginning of 2022 when he bought a building for around 1.4 million euros in the municipality to move the activity of his different companies there. According to El Confidencial at the time, the property has a size of approximately 900 useful square meters, on a plot of about 2,000 m². At the moment, more details about his new home are unknown.
