Lolita has once again left the viewers of Tu cara suena me surprised by telling one of her famous anecdotes, which always leave great moments. In this case, the involuntary protagonist was Àngel Llàcer, president of the jury and guilty of the singer reaching the impersonator program.
It all began after the performance of Merche, who imitated Selena Quintanilla, and the daughter of Lola Flores wanted to remember an anecdote that only a few know and that was the reason why she started working on the program. As she recalled, for years she has been attracted to one of her fellow jurors.
"When I saw Àngel Llàcer on TV I didn't know him personally and I said 'I like this boy, this boy turns me on'", he said to everyone's surprise. Hearing that phrase, Manel Fuentes hurried to give him the last straw: "You had an eye, my daughter…"
"Yes, yes, that's why my macula broke," he replied, recalling a serious health problem he had in the past. "I was morbid. I was married at that time, it seems to me, I don't know if it was the first or the 500th husband. I used to watch TV and the contests I did...", she confessed.
It must be remembered that Llàcer was one of the best-known teachers at the Operación Triunfo academy in its first editions, where he gained great fame. It was in 2015 when the artist joined the jury, at which time she was finally able to meet him: "I saw him up close, and I said: well, I was not wrong. This man makes me, what happens is that. ..".
Both Llàcer and Fuentes could not wait to continue with the joke about this platonic love: "What happens is you, not me." But this anecdote did not end there, since the singer did not stop until she was able to have the president of the jury close by, which is why she fought to be in the impersonator program.
"I am in Your face it sounds to me because doing La Colometa (a play) here in Barcelona I called Tinet Rubira and told her: 'I would love to be in Your face it sounds to me'". The director of Gestmusic, producer of the Antena 3 program, offered him to be a contestant, although he rejected the proposal at first.
"Not as a contestant, but if one day you see that I can have a place… So it was me who called Your face sounds familiar to me, because my rings don't fall off," she revealed to the surprise of the spectators. Luckily, although a love relationship is not possible, Lolita and Àngel Llàcer have managed to connect and offer great moments on the program.
