The arrest of Antonio Tejado has generated a real earthquake in the Spanish media panorama during the day this Monday. The well-known television collaborator and nephew of María del Monte was arrested last Friday along with eight other people as part of an operation against the robbery of different homes in Seville. One of them would be that of his aunt, in a notorious incident that occurred this past summer.

Most of them found Antonio Tejado very poor compared to the years in which he was a regular presence on television. Tejado was arrested on charges of being the intellectual author of the robbery, defined as the person who obtained information about the layout of the home, the location of the safe and the habits of the possible victims. In this sense, he would have chosen his aunt's house and others for several months, including that of the Sevilla footballer, Sergio Ramos, which would have provided a way for the Civil Guard to carry out the arrest.
The singer seemed uncomfortable after her nephew's arrest. “About five or so months ago we had the worst day of our lives. The suspicions are not good and I have not suspected nor do I suspect anyone until a judge says what he has to say,” she expressed this Monday, interviewed from her car by a team of reporters from Europa Press.
