Bertín Osborne reveals why Roció Jurado hit him with an orange punch at one of his concerts

In a night full of anecdotes and confessions, Bertín Osborne visited 'El Hormiguero' to present his latest album and reveal fun details about his career. Between laughter and nostalgia, the singer shared the peculiar story behind a concert with the unforgettable Rocío Jurado, where a big orange became the center of attention and marked a unique moment in their relationship.

"Rocío was a close friend of mine, I loved her very much, but when it came to doing a concert, she had no limits," said Osborne, remembering the artist's uninhibited personality.

The funny anecdote took place at a concert in Mexico, when Rocío made a peculiar request: "'Friday, see me,' she told me. 'But don't get up, I know you,'" Bertín recalled, alluding to her Known difficulty sitting for long periods of time.

During the show, Rocío Jurado, in a number full of spontaneity, appeared singing with a basket of oranges. Bertín, aware of the length of the concert, confessed his thoughts about not being able to sit still longer.

"He put me in the front row, in the middle, so I couldn't get up. At one point, he turned around and I crawled out so he wouldn't see me, but he saw me and hit me with an orange punch," the singer narrated with a smile.

This funny incident not only became an indelible memory for Bertín Osborne, but it also marked a special moment in his relationship with Rocío Jurado. "Out of fright, I stare at her and she shows me my place. She sat me down," Bertín shared.

Closing the endearing anecdote, he recalled with nostalgia that Roció Jurado shared the last concert of her life with him. "The last special was presented by me and the last song that she sang in her life was sung with me and it was 'Mexico beautiful and beloved'. What a beautiful memory," the artist concluded.
