Aurah Ruiz, partner of Jesé Rodríguez, confirmed as new contestants of 'Survivors 2024'

The cycle of reality shows on Telecinco has no end, exchanging with each other frequently and keeping the circle closed. Big Brother and Survivors are the two great assets of the Mediaset network, distributing a large part of the year's audiences. The contest that will once again transport its participants to Honduras will premiere next Thursday, March 7, and we already know another person who is joining the party.

During the interview they were doing with Carmen Borrego in ¡De friday!, Beatriz Archidona and Santi Acosta have unexpectedly revealed the fourteenth contestant of Supervivientes 2024: Aurah Ruiz, sentimental partner of Jesé Rodríguez, former soccer player for teams such as Real Betis or the Las Palmas Sports Union. Ruiz already has experience as a well-known figure in multiple media outlets.

Her first notable appearance on television took place in 2014, when she was Ángel Vico's suitor in Mujeres y Hombres and Viceversa. Her final was one of the most disputed, facing competitors of the stature of Jennifer Lara, Patricia Steisy and Samira Jalil, before overcoming them and trying her luck with the tronista. Her next notable moment on television would come four years later, when she participated in Big Brother VIP.

There, the Canarian influencer lived a controversial romance with Suso Álvarez, which ended with a tense reunion a year later on Viva la vida. Throughout that program, she shared the camera and screen with El Koala, Asraf Beno, Makoke, Tony Spina, Mónica Hoyos and the eventual winner of that edition, Miriam Saavedra. However, her best-known romance is the one that led her to marry Jesé Rodríguez.

The two began their relationship in 2016, when the footballer had just signed for Paris Saint-Germain. It was Rodríguez who was in charge of introducing his partner to society, with whom he would have a son after a few months: Nyan. Despite this, their relationship was full of bumps and problems, which fortunately they ended up resolving and turning into a wedding and a documentary with which they captured every step they took.

This signing occurs in the middle of the transition process with GH Dúo 2, which should have ended this past Thursday but will end up being extended until this Sunday, March 3. An overload in the application in charge of managing the votes for the final ended up generating an unusual situation, preventing viewers from voting and postponing the final resolution.
