A single woman does not hesitate and sentences her date as soon as she arrives at 'First Dates': ''I almost turned around''

The most popular restaurant on the small screen, First Dates, opened its doors for another week. On Monday night, Carlos Sobera and Laura Boado welcomed a new batch of diners ready to spend an unparalleled evening. However, dates don't always go as expected, and many end up being disappointed as soon as they meet their date on the show.

One of the main couples of the night was Raúl and Arantxa. The 58-year-old Andalusian bachelor arrived at the restaurant boasting of his culture. ''I consider myself more cultured than average,'' he declared. One of his great passions was playing the electric guitar. ''I have a small studio in my house,'' he said. He wanted to find an attractive and beautiful woman. ''I consider myself a loser in love,'' he said.

Moments later, the presenter accompanied the bachelor inside the restaurant, where he had to wait for Arantxa, his date. The 54-year-old Mexican single claimed to be a refined and elegant person, as well as wild. ''I like wild men, who have two parts like me. That he is a Tarzan, but that he has been able to become civilized,' she declared. Suddenly, Carlos Sobera showed him a video of Raúl playing the guitar. Something that fascinated the single woman.

However, Arantxa's expectations and hopes faded when she saw the bachelor for the first time. ''I almost turned around and said 'Sobera, invite me to a drink, tell me a little about Bilbao,'''' she said. But despite the initial disappointment, the single woman was willing to meet Raúl and leave her first impression of her behind.

The evening began with both of them talking about their places of residence and their professions. And one of the things that had caught the attention of the single woman the most was Raúl's clothing. ''If she were a stylist, she would go buy him clothes and good cologne. "He has money and not one of the things he brings," she asserted. For her part, Arantxa had decided to go to the appointment with a "wilder" look. ''He has a vibe that is out of the ordinary and that is something I like,'' he confessed.

At one point in the evening, the singles caught up on their zodiac signs. ''I make an indigenous horoscope, 'the Mayan synchronary''', admitted the single woman. ''You're half a witch, I like that,'' he declared. Regarding her romantic relationships, Raúl left the single woman stunned by confessing that she had never married or lived with anyone. ''I see him as very green in love,'' she asserted.

In the final stretch of the evening, the singles moved to the program booth, where they demonstrated their dancing skills. However, the single woman had demonstrated on more than one occasion that she had made her decision. For this reason, Arantxa did not hesitate to reject the bachelor in the final decision because she "had not seen passion." ''I don't like men with beards at all,'' she admitted under Raúl's attentive gaze. ''The beard can be removed,'' replied the bachelor.
