A single man from 'First Dates' does not accept his date's nonsense and she reproaches him for his attitude: ''If you would let me talk...''

The most popular dating space on the small screen opened its doors one more day. On Thursday night, Carlos Sobera and Laura Boado welcomed a new batch of diners, who showed up to First Dates in the hope of finding a person with whom to start a beautiful love story. However, more and more people are disappointed among the four sides of the restaurant.

Two of the stars of the night were Fernando and Merce. The 56-year-old Galician bachelor began his presentation by confessing to being an extroverted, friendly and pleasant person. ''I have a very high cultural level,'' he declared. In love, he had not had much luck, since he had been without a partner for three years. ''When he was young he was more handsome,'' he declared. Furthermore, he claimed that one of his greatest hobbies was music.

His date was going to be Merce, a 51-year-old Galician comedian, who considered herself spontaneous, intense and friendly. ''I have a lot of character, but I use humor as my flag,'' she declared. The first impression among the singles was normal. ''She is a pretty girl with a very pretty body and very pretty legs,'' the bachelor stated.

After discovering their places of residence and their passion for music, the presenter accompanied the couple to their table, where they began the evening talking about their different jobs in music and television. Of course, the single woman didn't beat around the bush and she made it a requirement that her better half had to like dancing. ''If the person next to me doesn't dance, we couldn't be together,'' she asserted. ''Since the pandemic I stopped going out,'' he said. ''I see him very standing for what I am,'' she asserted.

At one point during the evening, the singles opened up about what caught the attention of another person the most. ''What actor do you like? To get an idea,'' he asked. ''I like Jesús Vázquez,'' responded the single woman, who was increasingly clear that Fernando was not going to be the man of her life. ''I would never have noticed him. "It doesn't catch my attention," she said. However, Fernando was also convinced that his thing with Merce was not going anywhere. ''What I like least is that he hasn't come looking for love,'' he said.

In the final stretch of the dinner, the singles moved to the program booth, where Merce showed off his acting skills. But even though they had both had a rather pleasant time, the decision was more than clear. Therefore, in the final decision, both showed their refusal to continue getting to know each other. ''It didn't make me tickle, that desire to want to know more about him,'' she declared.

For his part, Fernando was much more forceful with his decision. ''I wouldn't go on a second date with Merce because I think he's not looking for love right now. Today he didn't come wanting to look for love,'' he asserted. ''True, what I saw didn't comfort me right away,'' she responded.

''You have to say from the start that you are looking for a boy with a different appearance, more statuesque, more gym-like or with blue eyes,'' the bachelor said, quite angry. ''If you let me talk, I could also tell you, but we didn't have the opportunity to have a dialogue in which we didn't step on each other,'' the single woman concluded.
