A resounding statement from Alejandro Sanz about his alleged million-dollar debt in Miami

Alejandro Sanz has been the subject of numerous headlines in recent weeks due to an alleged extreme economic situation in which up to three million euros would be claimed from Miami, where the singer would have been declared in absentia by justice. According to the same information, the man from Madrid would have been intercepted during the Latin Grammy events in Seville to be served with a seizure notice.

The interpreter of It's Not the Same has addressed the matter again this Thursday through a statement issued by Seitrack España, the artist's representation agency in the country. Offering his version of the events, Sanz has denied that he received any type of judicial injunction during his stay in Seville and goes further by stating that "there is no judicial or tax decision that condemns or forces Mr. Alejandro Sánchez Pizarro to pay any amount for any type of debt, nor to seize any of his assets.

According to information prior to the statement, this supposedly unfavorable economic situation would have been triggered by a series of loans that the artist would have acquired to buy two luxurious properties in Miami, operations that would have been channeled through his companies, Alkazul S.L., Gazul Producciones S.L.U. and Music on Wheels. And non-payment, it was said before Sanz's version was known, would have precipitated legal action.

From his representation agency they now report that Sanz has never been declared in default. "The sentence that the US fund intended to execute in Spain, in addition to not being final, does not condemn Mr. Alejandro Sánchez Pizarro for any debt or any other circumstance," the statement dictates.

In addition, the document also reports that the artist's legal team presented allegations against such actions before Court No. 47 of Madrid. "And, in view of the same, the Court has decided by final order dated November 20, 2023, to declare its execution null and void, without the possibility of any appeal," they say from Seitrack España.
