A group of elderly people excites the 'Got Talent' jury: "We are what we take care of"

Got Talent started the new season this Saturday with a most exciting performance that left all the jury members in tears.

David, a volunteer in nursing homes, has joined 'Team Timothy', the group of elderly people with whom they have put on an exciting show.

Together they have recited a poem called 'The Vulnerable Elderly' in which they demand that they be cared for a lot, that they be patient with them and that they be listened to. Furthermore, they wanted to emphasize to all those who remain in residences and who, for one reason or another, do not receive many visitors.

After reciting the poem, all the grandchildren went up on stage to hug their grandparents, which left practically everyone in tears. One of them has been Paula Echevarría, the member of the jury, who has been overcome with memories: "I miss my grandparents so much and I would like so much to be able to listen to all their advice."

Edurne has also celebrated the fact that a performance like this has been brought to Got Talent. "Thank you for the lesson and for reminding us of everything you have said that is so important." Risto, for her part, has also supported the opinion of her colleagues. "It vindicates the quality of our civilization. Just as we take care of our elders, we will account for the quality we have as a society," he stated.

Finally, the performance has added the positive votes of the four members of the jury and they will continue in the contest.
