A former participant of 'Temptation Island' surprises with some details of the program: ''They didn't even let me look out at the beach''

Temptation Island (LIDLT) has become one of Mediaset España's safe bets. The reality show presented by Sandra Barneda in which different couples put their love to the test thanks to the work of singles who act as tempters is one of the few programs that, today, garners good audience data on Telecinco nights.

Despite its great popularity, not much information is known about the program that is recorded on an island in the Dominican Republic. Unlike other formats such as Big Brother or Operación Triunfo, LIDLT is broadcast months after its recording, so we do not know to what extent the editing and video cuts go and how they live and enjoy the show from within.

A single woman named Irene, who participated in season number 5 of the program as a temptress, has joined a TikTok challenge and has given some details of her experience on the reality show.

The young woman was soon expelled by the contestants who had a partner because none of them connected romantically or sexually with her, but she did not hesitate to give her opinion and explained that, although the program is not scripted nor does it require nobody to do anything, situations are exaggerated and reality is distorted: ''Half of it is a lie or it is exaggerated.''

The young woman wanted to make it clear at the beginning of the audiovisual piece that the opening phrase (which is why tempters are often criticized on social networks) is not her thing, but rather the organization of the show. Furthermore, she pointed out that they did not go there on vacation: "They didn't even let me look out at the beach."

''I've been to Temptation Island and no, they don't pay well. I have been to Temptation Island and I already know that you have not seen me in the program, normal,' the young woman clarified, implying that her participation was not of much interest to the editors and that they eliminated her from the videos.

The content creator was a little harsh with the format in which she participated of her own free will, but she also acknowledged that she has the name of the program in her Instagram biography, that she had an affair with one of the tempters and that, thanks to said television opportunity, now he can go to music festivals in the summer.

With this video, Irene has shown to have a lot of salt and self-confidence and, although it has had a positive impact for her, there is something that worries her: ''I may be sued for this video.''
