A 'First Dates' bachelor sentences his date for not meeting his extensive list of requirements: ''It's a point against''

First Dates has become the go-to place for anyone who wants to try to find their better half. Every night, viewers at Cuatro's space witness many memorable moments between its different diners. Some manage to leave the restaurant with the best company, but others, on the other hand, return home the same way they came, alone.

One of the events of the night was the one starring Rubén and Amaya. The 35-year-old bachelor from Alicante arrived at the restaurant confessing that in his free time he liked to play sports. Two of his great passions were motorcycles and heavy metal. Furthermore, the bachelor had just gotten out of a 12-year relationship, but even so, he was willing to find a special woman with whom he could begin a traditional relationship.

His date was going to be Amaya, a 37-year-old single woman from Asturias, who was the mother of two girls and a fan of aerial silks. The first impression among the singles was normal. ''I like tattoos and piercings, they seem good to me,'' he declared after meeting the Asturian woman. After exchanging their first notes, the presenter accompanied the couple to their table, where they were going to start the evening talking about music.

The bachelor confessed that one of his essential requirements to fall in love with a woman was that she like rock. Something that he was not going to have in common with Amaya, that she preferred more to Latin pop. ''What I really can't do is with reggaeton,'' he declared. ''I would like everything to always be respected, you can like something more or less,'' she said. ''The fact that he doesn't like rock is a point against him because in the future the most likely thing is that we will collide when we go out with friends or out there,'' the bachelor stated.

The horoscope was also going to be a point against the couple. And when Rubén confessed that his zodiac sign was Sagittarius, the single woman backed down. ''I know that I am not compatible with Sagittarians because I had a small relationship with a Sagittarius and they have nothing to do with Taurus people,'' she asserted. Furthermore, the bachelor claimed that he did not believe much in the stars.

In the final stretch of the evening, the singles discovered that they had very different plans for the future. While Rubén was looking forward to being a father, Amaya was clear that she did not want to have more children. ''It would be a problem if I didn't want to have more children,'' confessed the bachelor. ''I'm not going to be a mother, I already have two wonderful girls and I have more than enough with them. "I'm thinking about getting a tubal ligation," she admitted.

Despite their great differences, Rubén did not rule out changing the single woman's mind in the future about a new motherhood. However, his hopes were going to fade in the final decision when the single woman once again made it clear that she had no intention of becoming a mother again. Therefore, they both decided to leave the restaurant alone and go their separate ways.
