A bachelor from 'First Dates' confesses the reason for his divorce and his date tells him: ''He has pushed me away''

The most romantic restaurant on television, First Dates, closed its doors for another week. On Friday night, Carlos Sobera and Laura Boado welcomed the last diners of the week, who were embarking on the adventure of trying to find their better half on a television show. But it is more than proven that going to Cuatro's space only guarantees spending an unparalleled evening, where anything can happen.

Two of the great protagonists of the night were Ana and Francisco. The 62-year-old single woman came to the restaurant wanting to find someone with whom she could begin a stable relationship. ''I like to live with a person and have a life partner,'' she declared. She had been married twice and as she herself said: "She had been in a relationship longer than she had been alone." She wanted to find a romantic, thoughtful man with a desire to live life.

His date was going to be Francisco, a 62-year-old single, who was tired of being single. ''I have been alone for many years and loneliness is a bit sad,'' he declared. The first impression among the singles was very different. While Francisco was delighted with the single woman, Ana was greatly disappointed. ''Physically she is fine and so is the way she dresses,'' he commented. ''He is tall and thin, but I am attracted to darker and younger men. "I haven't felt what I had to feel," she asserted.

Moments later, the presenter accompanied the couple to their table, where they began the evening talking about what they liked to do in their free time. Francisco said that the beach and hiking were two of his great passions. ''It seems like they take care of their health and I like those things,'' she said.

Regarding what they were looking for in the program, the bachelor explained that he wanted a serious relationship because he had been alone for many years. Ana, for her part, assured that living alone was not to her liking either. ''Sometimes you need company,'' she declared.

The date progressed and the singles seemed to be finding different commonalities. ''She is more attractive than pretty, she has something that attracts attention, I like her,'' commented Francisco, who also claimed that in his free time he also worked as a taxi driver. ''That's good, you're a good catch,'' the single woman confessed.

However, the good atmosphere among the singles disappeared in the final stretch of the evening when the single explained the reason why his marriage had ended. ''I failed in my marriage because I became too much of a party animal and left home,'' Francisco confessed. ''That has put me back a little,'' Ana asserted.

In addition, the bachelor confessed that he had also had problems with gambling. ''I learned from my mistakes and I have already changed 100%,'' he said. But despite having enjoyed a nice dinner, Ana was sincere with her date and she rejected him because of her past.
