Many homeless dogs roam the streets of many cities in search of some food and a safe place to sleep. These animals, often invisible to society, lead a difficult life, marked by mistrust and abandonment. However, the compassion and generosity of some people can make a considerable difference in their lives by offering them a second chance.

This is how Tucson's life changed one rainy night in 2020 when, seeking shelter, he found himself outside the doors of a Hyundai dealership in the Brazilian city of Serra. Emerson Mariano, the manager of the business, decided to open the doors to him, offering him not only a place to shelter, but also food and water.

What began as a gesture of compassion toward an animal in need quickly turned into something much bigger. The dealership employees became so fond of the dog that they decided to officially adopt him, baptize him after one of the Korean brand's SUVs and give him a very special role: that of a consultant, as his Instagram profile says.

This adorable dog not only won the affection of those who worked at the dealership, but also that of the customers who visited the business. His presence added unique value to the shopping experience. "When a customer comes to the store, Tucson comes to the door to welcome him. Some customers buy the car from us because of him. And there are customers who return to the store after purchasing the car and bring their pets to let them play with him," Mariano said.

But what makes this little dog so special? Aside from his touching story, Tucson has a friendly and docile character that makes him perfect for the role he plays. Plus, he's equipped with his own nameplate, which adds an even more personal and professional touch to his role at the dealership.
