The high-performance supercar brand from Denmark, Zenvo Automotive, famous for producing only a few units of its exclusive vehicles, recently presented its most ambitious and innovative project to date: the Zenvo Aurora. It is an impressive hypercar that overcomes all barriers and marks a new era for the manufacturer, founded in 2007.
To bring Danish design and engineering into the spotlight for the first time in the hypercar segment, the new Aurora takes advantage of the power of its V12 engine with four turbochargers and its three additional electric motors to achieve an astonishing 1,850 HP. of power from its hybrid propulsion.
But the Aurora isn't all about strength and performance. It is also designed to become a smart and efficient car. It has a very light modular carbon fiber monocoque chassis inspired by Formula 1 cars that enhances aerodynamics and stability. And what's more, with the help of a customized suspension system, it can adjust to different road conditions and provide excellent driving response.
Inspired by the striking phenomenon of the northern lights, the heart of the new Zenvo is formed by a 6.6-liter V2, developed together with MAHLE Powertrain and mounted in the center of the vehicle. This offers an impressive performance of 1,250 HP up to 9,800 rpm, making it one of the most powerful V12 engines ever installed in a road car.
The car is also powered by a triple electric motor system, which generates an additional 600 HP of power. The resulting 1,850 horsepower (1,380 kW) perfectly combines high power output and instant torque. The electric drivetrain allows the Aurora to travel 35 kilometers on pure electric power, making it possible to drive it efficiently around the city for short trips.
It boasts acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.3 seconds and effortlessly reaches a top speed of 450 km/h, placing it firmly among the fastest cars in the world.
The car is available in two different versions, called Agil and Tur. The Agile trim is a dynamic driving beast that features a rear-wheel drive system and a minimalist cabin. For its part, the Tur is a more refined and luxurious version that offers a four-wheel drive system and a comfortable interior.
The Zenvo Aurora will be limited to only 50 examples of each variant, something that can help make it one of the most exclusive and desirable cars in the world. Production will begin in 2025 and first deliveries are planned for 2026.
