The spectacular high-end electric motorcycle made of carbon fiber

Electrification has fully reached the motorcycling industry, where we find numerous start-ups that are born with the aim of creating innovative two-wheeled vehicles with which to offer mobility solutions. This is the case of Arc, a company based in the United Kingdom that has presented an electric motorcycle with an avant-garde design, made with a carbon fiber monocoque chassis.

The brand new model from Arc, which prides itself on handcrafting its vehicles using the latest technology and environmentally friendly materials and processes, is called Vector. Almost two years have passed since the project began and, finally, after various unforeseen events, it has been able to begin to be marketed.

With excellent quality finishes, the Vector is possibly one of the most groundbreaking electric motorcycles that we can find on the market. Its design is extremely striking, with soft lines that flow from front to back. It boasts a clean and elegant aesthetic, and the absence of a windshield and a traditional dashboard does not go unnoticed.

The most novel thing is that the motorcycle does not present a traditional chassis. Instead, it stands on a revolutionary full carbon fiber monocoque that integrates the battery and can also be customized to suit customer needs. This, among other lightweight and sustainable components, contributes to the lightness of the whole.

The Vector features an Ohlins TTX front and rear suspension designed for a highly comfortable ride, and is equipped with a 16.8 kWh battery that provides approximately 320 kilometers of autonomy with urban use. If you drive on the highway at high speeds, it offers almost 200 kilometers of range.

It has the power to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 200 km/h. According to the manufacturer, the battery takes only 40 minutes to fully charge.

Another of its strengths is that it incorporates the latest technology in safety and driving assistance. Not surprisingly, it is the first electric motorcycle that incorporates HMI (human-machine interface) that ensures that the rider perceives, sees and listens in real time to the potential dangers that surround him.

The Arc brand offers revolutionary accessories for the Vector such as the Origin Jacket, which connects with the bike's HMI system and creates an immersive sensory experience through haptic feedback (a type of vibration communication).

This allows the rider to perceive possible imminent risks or obtain information about the dynamic position of the motorcycle through data analysis. Another accessory available is the Arc Zenith helmet, which incorporates a Head-Up Display and rear view camera included.

It is clear that it is a premium-range electric motorcycle that cannot be driven by just anyone. Its price, 100,000 euros, leaves no doubt that it is an exclusive vehicle. For this sum of money, each client will also be able to design the vehicle to his liking, choose the ideal color and the finishes that he likes the most.
