The exclusive Lamborghini of more than 2 million only for five drivers

Every time the prestigious sports car company Lamborghini announces a new creation, it generates an expectation and interest that very few competitors are capable of achieving. During the summer of 2021, the Italian brand announced its plans to resurrect the legendary Countach as a limited edition hybrid within the reach of few pockets.

Many fans of the bull brand showed their enthusiasm for the return of the legendary wedge-shaped supercar under the name of Countach LPI 800-4. There were also those who felt somewhat disappointed by the fact that the vehicle was still a renovated Aventador with certain modifications.

In any case, the latter was not at all an obstacle for the model to become a new and valuable collector's item. And Lamborghini reported that the only 112 examples that were manufactured were already sold even before the presentation of the car. However, the exclusivity of the unit that you can see in the photographs goes even further.

The reason for this is that this particular Countach LPI 800-4 is one of only five that were manufactured in the Luci del Bosco exterior color. This metallic brown tone has been used on the company's cars since the 1970s and helps highlight the vehicle's sharp lines and dramatic aerodynamic elements. In addition, it is designed to visually combine perfectly with the gold wheels of the car.

Of the aforementioned quintet, this is the only unit that combines the Luci del Bosco exterior color with an interior in Bianco Leda tone with Nero Ade details and contrasting bronze stitching. On a mechanical level, the Countach LPI 800-4 has the same propulsion system as the Sián FKP 37, another of the models based on the successful Aventador.

It is a hybrid system made up of an impressive 6.5-liter V12 and an electric motor that, together, produce no less than 814 HP of power. Thanks to this, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 355 km/h.

Despite the short time that has passed since its launch (in 2022), the copy of the photographs will soon be auctioned after having traveled just a hundred kilometers. And, as sometimes happens with this type of vehicle, some of their owners acquire them more as a collector's item than as a car to enjoy behind the wheel.

The prestigious auction house RM Sotheby's will carry out the sale, which will take place in Monaco on May 11. According to forecasts, it is expected to reach a figure greater than two million euros. If you want to enjoy in detail another of the units of this spectacular Lamborghini, you can do so in the video that accompanies this article.
