After more than 10 years as the main sponsor of running, Zurich Seguros reinforces its commitment to this sport with the creation of Las 5 Grandes, the first circuit that brings together the main marathons in our country. The tests that are part of the circuit: are Zurich Marató Barcelona, Zurich Rock'n'Roll Running Series Madrid, Zurich Marathon San Sebastián, Zurich Marathon Seville and Valencia Marathon Trinidad Alfonso. In total, these five competitions bring together more than 100,000 runners each year and generate an economic impact of more than 160 million euros.
The objective of creating the Big 5 circuit is to promote the practice of running, posing a new challenge, unique on the national scene: finishing the 5 marathons. At the same time, the initiative wants to promote the healthy and responsible practice of this sport, so it is recommended to run the five events over several seasons, it is not necessary to do them all in the same year, since the marathons can be registered of the circuit that have been held since 2020.

Runners who participate in The Big 5 will have the support and accompaniment of Zurich throughout the races and will enjoy exclusive benefits.
