Telephone 112 has received 1,138 calls for 738 files until midnight this Monday, according to sources from the Department of the Interior, on the "rainiest" day since November 23, 2021 in Catalonia, according to the Servei Meteorològic de Catalunya (Meteocat ).
Emergencias has detailed that the majority of calls have been made from the regions of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona. Specifically, it has highlighted those of the regions of Vallès Occidental (432) and Baix Llobregat (374) and Barcelonès (114). By municipality, 134 calls were recorded in Terrassa, 121 in Sant Cugat del Vallès and 114 in Barcelona.

The majority of services have been to resolve problems due to water accumulation, falling branches or trees, sanitation or incidents with wiring on public roads, according to the emergency department.

This amount of accumulated snow will be an important water reserve for the Segre and Nogueres basins, to which must be added the rain that has already been dumped during the last three days in this sector of the Pyrenees.
One of the most notable incidents has been the collapse of the roof of the Can Jofresa pavilion, in Terrassa, around seven in the afternoon, with no injuries, as reported by the Firefighters.
The event has forced the mobilization of emergency personnel, the Municipal Police and several personnel of the Medical Emergency Service (SEM), who have evacuated the pavilion.
