We ordered the product, it arrived within 24 hours well packaged. We have put it to the test while cleaning a sofa with a juice stain, and on a mattress.
When this Bissell brand portable stain remover arrived, we assembled it so that it was ready to start using. It was very easy for us to do it and we hardly had to look at the instructions.
As a first test we chose to clean the sofa that had just spilled fruit juice. We load the tank with hot water along with the two detergents (it comes with two gift bottles in the small-sized box). We started spraying and rubbing the area and the juice stain came right off. We must say that the machine does not heat the water, but it does keep it hot for effective cleaning.
We also did the test on a children's mattress that had the occasional stain from nightly leaks that could not be completely removed by hand cleaning. After applying the BISSELL SpotClean ProHeat, the mattress is as good as new again.
What we liked the most is how easy it is to use, even a child could do it. Plus, it removes a lot more dirt than you might expect. When emptying the dirty water tank, after cleaning the sofa, we were surprised because the water was completely dark. At this point, we must also assess how well it vacuums and that the surface dries very quickly because it is not soaked.
As a negative point we must say that the cleaner's hose is too short and that to clean the mattress we had to place the machine on top of the bed because we were not able to clean the entire surface.
