Vox in Valencia warns that "we will continue on the streets" and the PSPV warns of "hate speeches"

The Vox spokesperson and deputy mayor of the Valencia City Council, Juanma Bádenas, warned this morning that "we will continue in the streets, like the party at the national level, at the local level we will continue to support the peaceful protests against the amnesty. I will personally attend to as many as I can."

Bádenas thus confirmed his support for the rallies held yesterday against PSOE headquarters in Spain, including Valencia, which was attended by prominent local Vox leaders such as national deputy Carlos Flores. Furthermore, he has supported the words of the president of VOX, Santiago Abascal, criticizing the criminalization of Valencians by the spokesperson of the PSPV-PSOE in the Valencia City Council, Sandra Gómez

For its part, the PSPV-PSOE today demanded an end to "hate speeches promoted by the Popular Party and carried out by the extreme right" and stressed that "hatred goes poorly with democracy." This was stated this Tuesday by the deputy spokesperson for the PSPV-PSOE in Les Corts, Arcadi Spain, who announced that the Socialist Group has presented an institutional statement to all political parties to condemn the events that occurred this Monday at the PSOE headquarters and to favor of “democracy, dialogue and coexistence.”

In this sense, the socialist leader has described as “intolerable” the events that occurred on Monday afternoon, which, he noted, “have had the participation of deputies from Les Corts and even one of the signatories of the pact of shame.” de Mazón with the extreme right participated in the rallies yesterday”: “We ask Mazón not to put himself in profile and to clearly condemn what happened.”

Likewise, Spain has stressed that "you can think differently and be against some ideas, but there are things in a democracy that are intolerable" and has urged the leaders of the Popular Party to "stop giving arguments to promote fracture and foment hatred.” Furthermore, he has accused the PP of “starting this spiral of hatred in the Valencian Community by trying to confront Valencians, Spaniards and activists of the Socialist Party.”
