Unides Podemos will cover Yolanda Díaz in Valencia after the rapapolvo of Iglesias in Sumar

Unides Podem will cover the vice president Yolanda Díaz in the listening act that the Sumar platform plans to celebrate in Valencia next Saturday. Despite the fact that a few days ago the former leader of Podemos, Pablo Iglesias, demanded "respect" for the purple formation in the reconfiguration of the political space to the left of the PSOE, the top leaders of Podem (who have always been very Iglesias) will not the void to Díaz in his coming-out in Valencia.

As explained by sources from the circles party, its two highest institutional representatives and electoral assets -the trustee and candidate for Mayor of Valencia, Pilar Lima, and the vice president and candidate for the Generalitat, Héctor Illueca- will attend the event held in Fair Valencia. "We have always been with her when she came, at the Other Policies act organized by Mónica Oltra's party, in a conference on the 4-day work week and in a debate in a media outlet," the same sources pointed out.

And it is that in Podem they are clear, "our candidate for the Presidency of the Government is Yolanda Díaz and we will accompany her," Lima said yesterday. The spokesperson for Unides Podem in Les Corts Valencianes assured that she had no doubt that the Vice President of the Government is the "most suitable profile to represent" that political space for which her formation works. "We bet on it and we believe it," she settled.

Of course, the also coordinator of Podem in the Valencian Community admitted that since Díaz has already said that he is not going to present himself in these elections, his party assumes the commitment to "build a project for the Community."

Esquerra Unida, the other leg of Unides Podem, will also be at the event on Saturday. The US has never hidden its preferences for Díaz's project and it is expected that its maximum representative -the coordinator of the formation, Rosa Pérez Garijo- will be at the Sumar act.

There are more doubts about the weight of the delegation that Compromís will send to the Sumar act. The coalition has not hidden its affinities with Yolanda Díaz in recent months; although without giving too many clues about how it will materialize. The Valencianistas have a margin, since Sumar will not have a presence in the autonomous elections and what Compromís wants is to appear alone in these elections and, afterward, look for the electoral alliances that can give them the most visibility and influence in the Congress of Deputies.
