Two people died on Tuesday night in a hit-and-run on the C-51z, at kilometer 20.5, in Rodonyà (Alt Camp).
For reasons that are still being investigated, a tourism has fatally run over two people. As reported by the Servei Català de Trànsit (SCT), the victims of the incident are a man who was walking along the road and a woman who was moving on inline skates.
The Mossos d'Esquadra received the notice at 9:31 p.m. and went to the scene. As a result of the incident, six police patrols, five fire departments and three SEM ambulances were activated.
The medical teams tried to revive the victims but unfortunately the two people were declared dead at the same place as the accident.
With this event, more than 47 people have lost their lives in traffic accidents on Catalan roads so far this year.
