Likewise, said court agreed to the provisional release of the other three arrested persons, to whom the judge has imposed as a precautionary measure the prohibition of approaching within 200 meters of the victim. Initially, alleged crimes of robbery with violence and attempted homicide are investigated. During their respective appearances in court, the five detainees gave statements.
According to the National Police, at 4.45 a.m. on Monday a young man was stabbed as a result of an attempted robbery that occurred "at the exit of a nightclub in the Isla de la Cartuja area, with the attackers fleeing afterwards." on board a vehicle".
Only a few minutes later and "after the rapid intervention of the National Police", the vehicle was located and the five people involved in the alleged robbery were arrested, who were brought to justice last Wednesday afternoon.
