Both have been sentenced for a crime of sexual abuse (performing fellatio on the child) to ten years in prison each and not to approach the child, his home or place of study within 500 meters or to communicate with him by any means. for fifteen years. And five more years in prison for a crime of corruption of minors (child pornography, for taking at least four images of the previous event), with the accessory measure of not getting closer than 500 meters or communicating with the victim for seven more years. .

In addition, they have been imposed with supervised release for ten years once they leave prison, as well as disqualification from profession, trade or activities, paid or unpaid, that involve regular and direct contact with minors for 25 years. The Prosecutor's Office initially requested 20 years in prison for each of them and 28 years of removal and prohibition of communicating with the minor, supervised release for ten and special disqualification for 16, in addition to 50,000 euros in civil liability.
