Every year on these dates, the Zamora municipality of Villalpando carries out the running of the bulls for the patron saint festivities of San Roque. A centuries-old tradition that consists of moving the fighting bulls from the bullring, on the outskirts of the town, to the corrals of La Solana, in the center of town.
However, despite the antiquity of this tradition, this year's running of the bulls will go down in history due to a peculiarity: two bulls managed to climb onto the roof of a house in the running of the bulls until the roof finally gave way.
Bulls on the roof. As can be seen in the images disseminated through social networks, two of the bulls from the running of the bulls managed to climb onto the roof of a ground-floor building located next to the La Solana corrals, where these animals rest.
Apparently, the bulls managed to get on the straw bales that were there to feed them and from there they accessed the roof of a club, an image that left no one indifferent.
Detachment. The passers-by who were walking down the street at that moment were astonished by the peculiar scene, so much so that they began to record the image of the bulls until the uralite roof could not hold the weight and ended up giving way and the animals rushed into it. inside the premises.
No injuries. Fortunately, despite the fall of the animals and the detachment of the roof, there were no injuries to the bulls or the people who were inside the rock house.
