The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested two men, aged 34 and 35, for attempting to assault a woman with chemical submission in a bar in the Gràcia district of Barcelona early Sunday morning.
According to what Mossos sources have informed EFE, the local security guards detected how a man introduced a suspicious substance into a girl's glass while another man distracted her.
Upon detecting this situation, they alerted the Mossos d'Esquadra, notified the girl, seized the glass and detained the two individuals.
The Catalan police have arrested both men and have opened an investigation, waiting to find out what has happened and what product they have put into the victim's glass.
