Agents of the National Police arrested a woman and a man this Sunday in Torrent after a brawl in which a 45-year-old woman suffered an open wound in the chest with a knife, as reported by the Information and Coordination Center. Emergency Department (CICU) and police sources have confirmed to Europa Press.
The events occurred around 10 am, when a fight broke out between several members of a family on Camí Real street in the Valencian municipality. As a result, a woman has been injured and the National Police have arrested the victim's sister as an alleged aggressor and her husband, municipal sources have told Europa Press.
A SAMU unit has been mobilized to the scene of the events, whose medical team has treated a 45-year-old woman for an open stab wound in the chest. Due to the proximity to the scene of the fight, the health center staff arrived at the area earlier and provided the first care to the wound.
Subsequently, the woman was transferred from the SAMU unit to the General Hospital of Valencia, where she remains admitted in a stable condition, municipal sources and the CICU have stated.
