Twin pandas are born in a South Korean zoo

The twin pandas born in South Korea were presented to the public for the first time this Thursday, celebrating the 100th day of their birth, to announce their names at the Everland theme park, near the capital, Seoul.

One is called Rui Bao and the other Hui Bao, which means 'wise treasure' and 'bright treasure'. About half a million people helped choose their names through an online vote.

The panda keeper, Kang Chul-Won, has pointed out that these little ones have already begun to crawl and that they will soon be able to be shown to the public more frequently once they begin to follow their mother.
