Nightmare in the kitchen has lived its own nightmare, never better said, after an unidentified person attacked Alberto Chicote and his team by throwing a diaper with baby excrement while they were filming their last season in the Valencian town of Alboraia.
The production team was working on filming some scenes for the new season's programs, still without a specific release date, when one of the residents of the municipality decided to attack them from one of the balconies of their home. Luckily, there were no injuries to report.
Alberto Chicote and his team were recording in Alboraia, a Valencian municipality of more than 24,200 inhabitants. Specifically in La Terracita, located on Paseo de Aragón. The deployment of trucks, cameras and personnel was probably greater than what citizens are used to, but there was no shortage of curious onlookers.
That seems to have been what bothered one of the nearby residents of La Terracita, to whom the hustle and bustle and continuous movement does not seem to have sat well at all. So much so that he did not hesitate to do things his way and take revenge in the way that occurred to him: throwing a diaper with baby excrement over his balcony and towards Chicote and his team.
Luckily for everyone present, the diaper did not hit any of them. According to the Levante-EMV newspaper, there were no injuries, but there were surprises among those present, who could not believe what had happened.
The local police intervened to start an investigation after being contacted by the television team, but could not find the person responsible for the smelly attack, which has already become an anecdote in the Valencian town. Of course, the police officers were at least lucky enough to be photographed next to the television chef.
