The Soria Traffic subsector has opened an investigation into a 36-year-old man as a necessary cooperator in a crime against traffic safety, by allowing his minor daughter, 9 years old, on January 1, without permission to drive, outside the driver of the vehicle.
The investigation has been opened, as explained this Saturday by the Government Subdelegation in the province, after locating a video on social networks and managing to discover the identity of the participants.
The events occurred on January 1, when the person under investigation was a passenger in the front right seat of the vehicle, teaching the handling, operation and driving of the car to his nine-year-old daughter, recording it on video and displaying it on a social network.
The proceedings carried out have been sent to both the Investigative Court number four of Soria and the juvenile prosecutor's office.
