The Prosecutor's Office has demanded eight years in prison for a woman who will be tried starting this Tuesday in the Provincial Court of Murcia, accused of dedicating her two daughters to prostitution, one of them a minor, in some clubs in Lorquí, in the province of Murcia. The provisional conclusions of the Prosecutor's Office, to which EFE has had access, indicate that the accused charged a percentage for dedicating young women to prostitution.

With her, who worked as a waitress in one of the establishments, the owners of that club and another, both located in the industrial estate of the Murcian town, will also be tried. For one of them the prosecutor demands a sentence of eight years and four months in prison, and for the other, three years and four months, in both cases for a crime related to prostitution and another of corruption of minors.

The events date back to January 10, 2015, when agents from the Central Unit for Immigration Networks and Documentary Falsities (UCRIF) carried out an inspection at the premises of one of the accused where they found him and two waitresses.

One of them also performed hostess work without being registered with social security and charging a percentage of the drinks that the clients had. In the same situation were the musicians who, without registering and without a contract, were paid 50 euros for 11 hours of work.

A year later, a new inspection of the premises was carried out, in which the accused was found along with her two daughters, one of them a minor at the time of the events. Both of them carried out hostess activities and, in addition, her mother made appointments for them with the clients of the establishment.

In 2018, an inspection was carried out at the other defendant's premises where he was found serving as a hostess to another minor who, without registering with social security and without a contract, only charged a percentage of the drinks that the clients consumed.

It should be noted that all of these workers were foreigners or were in an irregular situation, a fact that, according to the tax qualification document, the owners of the premises took advantage of by not giving them an employment contract.
